“Friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas, pool water seemed cloudy. Nice and quiet. Would have liked to been told that there are no elevators so I could request first floor room. Sun deck quite worn but some patio furniture would have been nice. Will stay there again.”

“We just needed a room for the night and we got a great deal here. You never know what to expect from little motels but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very quick and efficient. The room had everything we needed including a TV, nice bed, and a refrigerator. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. This is a no frills place. No coffee, no breakfast, just a simple place to rest. It's right next to a gas station, a couple restaurants, and a block or two from downtown Le Sueur...

“Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We missed out on sitting at the patio or balcony due to rain. The layout worked well that my sister "owned" the lower floor and I "owned" the upper bedroom with the TV. We each had our own bathrooms and privacy. We had a great time playing Yahtzee on the table!!!! ”
